These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 333kc platform ("we", "us", "the Company") and the user ("you", "member"). 333kc is an online betting and casino platform that provides cricket betting, slot games, live casino, and other gaming services.

These terms operate under Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version of this document shall be considered authoritative.

To open an account at 333kc, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. Opening or operating an account with false information is strictly prohibited.

• Each person may open only one account. Holding multiple accounts is prohibited.
• Your name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details must be accurate.
• All account information must be your own; operating an account under another person's name or details is not permitted.
• Keeping your account password confidential and not granting access to third parties is entirely your responsibility.
• 333kc reserves the right to verify any account and may request additional proof of identity if needed.

If we determine that an account is in violation of our rules, that account may be suspended or cancelled without prior notice.

333kc is a responsible gaming platform. Our services are intended for adults aged 21 and above only. Participation in any gaming or betting activity by minors is strictly prohibited.

• At the time of registration, you must confirm that you are at least 21 years of age.
• 333kc may request a copy of your national ID card or passport for age verification.

Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method).

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

333kc offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. These bonuses are subject to specific conditions.

Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
• Example: A ৳1,000 deposit receives a ৳2,000 bonus — total balance ৳3,000.
• Example: A ৳16,000 deposit receives a ৳15,000 bonus — total balance ৳31,000.

Wagering Requirements

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x (twenty-five times) the bonus amount.
• Example: For a ৳2,000 bonus, a total of ৳50,000 in bets must be completed before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
• Certain games may carry different contribution rates towards wagering.
• Bonuses must be used within the time limit set by 333kc.

Bonus Abuse

• If evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or via family members is prohibited.
• 333kc reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 333kc platform. Violation of these rules may result in account cancellation, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegally concealing funds.
• Any form of fraud, deception, or manipulative activity.
• Placing bets using software bots, automated scripts, or other technical advantages.
• Attempting to manipulate betting outcomes in coordination with other users (arbitrage betting).
• Attempting to breach the platform's security measures or gain unauthorised access to the system.
• Collecting or misusing the personal information of other members.
• Threatening, harassing, or engaging in inappropriate behaviour on the platform.
• Making deposits using a third party's payment method or credit card.

The following rules regarding betting and gaming on 333kc are mandatory:

Sports Betting

• All bets are final once placed and cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If an event is cancelled or incomplete, 333kc reserves the right to re-evaluate that bet.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a system error, the affected bet will be considered void.
• Attempting to manipulate outcomes by placing multiple bets on the same event is prohibited.

Casino Games

• All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is fair and transparent.
• If the connection is lost during a game, the system will automatically save the game state.
• If a game result is incorrect due to a technical error, the correct result will apply.

Dispute Resolution

• In the event of any dispute, 333kc's server logs and records will be considered final evidence.

• Dispute complaints must be submitted within a maximum of 72 hours of the incident.

The 333kc platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. We carry limited liability in the following matters:

• Any loss caused by internet disconnection, server maintenance, or technical errors.
• Any issues caused by your device or network.
• Any errors caused by third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, Spribe, etc.).
• Force majeure events — natural disasters, government decisions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your own negligence.
